Inmate Death Notification – Daniel Divit

TUCSON (Friday, October 4, 2024) – Inmate Daniel Divit, 61, ADCRR #314020, died on October 4, 2024 at ASPC-Tucson.

Inmate Divit was admitted to ADCRR custody in 2016 after he was sentenced out of Maricopa County for Sexual Conduct with a Minor.

His assigned housing location was ASPC-Tucson.

All inmate deaths are investigated in consultation with the county medical examiner’s office.
