Overview
The Eyman Complex has the capacity to house 7222 residents. This complex has 2 maximum security units, 1 high custody unit and 3 medium sex offender units. Eyman has 2 Wildland fire crews, a K-9 team consisting of 11 dual purpose dogs and 3 tracking hounds.
Programs
Work Crews
Arizona Correctional Industries (ACI) which includes the production of Arizona State License Plates, Bakery (all bake goods for all of ADCRR), Metal Fabrication, Wood (office furniture) and Powder Coating (paint) Shops.
Intergovernmental Agreement assignments: Wildland Fire Crew, Healthy Forest Initiative, and Abatement Crew.
Onsite work crews consist of food service, landscaping, building maintenance, paint crews, floor crews, kitchen sanitation, and general labor crews for upkeep and maintenance of each facility. Meadows Unit provides Browning Unit their work crews.
Education
Many residents earn their General Equivalency Diploma (GED) while incarcerated. Other programs include Mandated Adult Education, Special Education (SPED), and Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE). Work-Based Education (WBE) programs in conjunction with Central Arizona College which include: Welding, Building Construction Technology, Industrial Food Prep, and Heating/AC Refrigeration certification. Residents may work towards continued education while utilizing their assigned tablet and in cooperation with Ashland University or complete self-study programs through Education Television (ETV).

Social Accountability Guidance and Education Program (S.A.G.E) led by a Therapist
Recovery Support Specialist (R.S.S.) led by a Therapist
Resource Employment Development (R.E.D.) Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) and the Arizona Department of Corrections Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR) partnered to bring comprehensive services to residents who were nearing release from prison and likely to recidivate.
Narcotics Anonymous (NA) (Available in English & Spanish), led by an outside volunteer
Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) (Available in English & Spanish), led by an outside volunteer
Courage to Change; Reentry, and Changing Offender Behavior, Cultural Diversity, and Cognitive Restructuring, which prepares residents for reentry through training in a variety of life skills. These programs are all led by a Programs Correctional Officer III (COIII).
