Hiring Bonus: $5,000

• $2,500 upon successful graduation from the Correctional Officer Training Academy (COTA).

• $2,500 after six months of full-time employment as a Correctional Officer with the Department.

Benefits

• Starting Salary: $45,621 - $54,975

  • There are additional geographical stipends as follows: 5% of the base salary for the Lewis Complex and the Safford Complex, 10% of the base salary for Eyman Complexes and Globe Unit, and 15% of the base salary at Winslow Complex and Apache Unit.
