Contract Beds was established to closely monitor, evaluate, and support private prisons under contract with the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR). All contract facilities are closely monitored to ensure that they are managed in accordance with applicable Arizona Revised Statutes, ADCRR policies and procedures, the ADCRR Strategic Plan, and that the contract partner is in compliance with the provisions of the contract.
